Some products are not eligible for a refund. Could you check the product page? We specify mentioned (NOTE: This product is customized, so no refund is available.)
The reimbursement will be processed back to the initial mode of payment.
If you paid with a credit card, the refund may take up to 7 business days to appear on your statement.
If you paid with a debit card, the refund may take up to 3 business days to appear in your account.
